The rules of the trail. Short, because there isn't much to argue about.
By using backcountrygames.com or our games, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, best not to use the site or the games.
Our games are for personal, non-commercial fun. Play them with your friends, your family, your entire trail crew. Just don't copy, resell, or redistribute them.
Game names, artwork, pixel scenes and everything else on this site belong to Backcountry Games. Please don't reuse any of it without permission — we're friendly, just email first.
Our games are made for the outdoors, and the outdoors doesn't pause. Watch the trail, not just the screen. Know your terrain. Keep the fire contained. You're responsible for playing safely — the phone keeps score, but you keep watch.
Games are sold as-is. We work hard on them, but we can't promise they're bug-free or always available. If something's broken, tell us and we'll do our best to fix it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using the site or our games. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update this page — continued use means you accept the new version.
